Goonengerry continues to grow as a popular property place in the Byron Shire. Recent real estate listings have been in the million dollar plus range. It would seem that property owners are not fetching the prices they are after as most properties remain on the market.
It will be interesting to see what price is fetched for this 100 acre farm up for auction. If you want to place a bet cast your vote in our opinion poll.
